During 2007 our villas enjoyed an average annual occupancy rate of over 30% (more than 100 days per year) with some being occupied 37% of the time. Our total rental days rose over 24% from 2003 to 2004, 30% from 2004 to 2005, 39% from 2005 to 2006, and 25% from 2006 to 2007. We are seeing an upward swing of rental days again in 2008, as the number of rental days for the 1st quarter 2008 is up over 50% above the 1st quarter of 2007.
Our residential property managers can market, book, and arrange all aspects of renting your villa or you can opt to manage the property yourself.
