Playa Las Tortugas accepts personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders up to 30 days from arrival date. We also accept payment via wire transfers, and with “MasterCard”, “Visa” or “American Express” credit cards. Please note: Cancellations and/or refunds of rental or security deposit amounts charged on a credit card will incur an 8.5% to 11.5% refund or cancellation fee, even if the rental is cancelled more than 45 days from the arrival date.

Activities and Meals
We are glad to send you more information on activities and meal plans. It’s necessary to arrange meals before arrival if you would like to have one of our friendly local cooks prepare traditional Mexican meals for you. There are several acres of common area gardens to wander through, with well over one hundred different types of tropical plants and trees. The ocean and pool water is warm enough to swim in all year round. There is a property manager on-site to help you with any questions or needs.
