Reservations Payments and Security Deposits:
Playa Las Tortugas accepts payment with “MasterCard”, “Visa”, or “American Express” credit cards.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations and/or refunds of rental amounts or rental deposits charged on a credit card will incur an 8.5% eight point five percent cancellation/refund fee, even if the rental is cancelled more than 45 days from the arrival date.
A fee of 15% may apply for reservation date changes.
