The Entryway and First Floor
Casa Flores has 2 luxurious bedrooms on the ground floor each with a full bath.
The master suite features a king bed, satellite tv, stereo, CD/DVD, IPod alarm clock/docking station. There is ample closet space. Find a quite place to relax on the garden terrace just outside your door.
The fossil studded bathroom is so inviting with very unusual shell framed mirrors. The tub invites you to soak away your cares after a day at the beach.
The large guest suite features a queen bed, ample closets and lovely garden views that filters the light with greens, reds and blues. The full bath the adjoins the suite has a walkin shower and a very unique sink with fossils encased in the basin.
After a day in the sun and surf, relax in your own private spa. The calming waters and soothing jets are a perfect end to another day in paradise.
The Main Floor
The second floor features an open floor plan where family and friends can gather to enjoy all the amenities Casa Flores has to offer. The greatroom has a comfortable living area, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace for dining and relaxing.
The 2nd floor terrace has a weber gas grill and dining for six. Relax and enjoy the lovely garden views and the cool ocean breezes with you favorite tropical drink.
A Modern Kitchen With The Chef In Mind
A true Chef’s kitchen (the owner is a professional chef), boasts every gadget you could possibly need to cook your favorite dishes with locally obtained seafood and ingredients. There is even an ice cream maker. Have our chefs prepare up to 2 meals a day Mexican-style from a varied menu.
The Living area has a comfortable sectional where you and your friends can relax and watch satellite TV or DVD’s, enjoy a tennis match on the Nintendo WII and all in complete stereo surround. The stereo system even features an IPod docking station so you can bring your favorite play lists!
Enjoy The View From The Rooftop Palapa
The rooftop terrace and palapa is a great place to enjoy the sun, read a book, and gather in the evenings to enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Enjoy Swimming and Sunning
You have the opportunity to either enjoy the sunning and playing in the waves, or a swim in the fresh water pool at Playa Las Tortugas, with it’s palm-roofed palapa and comfortable sunning chairs, or just sit and relax with a cool drink.

Amongst other activities, don’t forget about the world-class surfing at Playa Las Tortugas !!
Wave-surfing in the kayaks or on boogie boards; Canoeing in the calm waters of the estuary; Surfing or Fishing in front of the property; Whale Watching; Enjoying a boat ride for Coastal Sightseeing; Ocean Fishing trips; Sea Turtle Conservation activities (during season); Horseback Riding down several miles of the beach; Birdwatching in our 1100 acres of tidal mangrove estuary.
The El Cora Waterfall is found just outside the small mountain village of El Cora, where you’ll discover several beautiful waterfalls. The highest is over 100 feet, and has a wonderful pool at the bottom of it.
The closest golf courses are at Tepíc (about 1 hour 15 minutes) where you can play all day for about $40 USD while your family enjoys the swimming pools and tennis courts of this local country club, and the “Flamingo” (about 1 hour 40 minutes) towards Puerto Vallarta. There are a number of courses around Vallarta including a Jack Nicklaus course at the Punta Mita Four Seasons.
Rental Information
We have a special “couples” rate for a maximum of 2 persons except during holidays.
The villa is normally rented by the week, though stays of 3 days or more will be considered.
No smoking in the home, and no pets are allowed.
