Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations and Refunds:
Rental amounts or rental deposits paid by personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders or wire transfers are 100% refundable until 45 days from the arrival date. Security deposits paid by personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders or wire transfers are 100% refundable provided no damage to the property occurs during the rental.
Please note that refunds and / or cancellations of rentals or security deposits charged on a credit card will incur an 8.5% to 11.5% refund fee or cancellation fee, even for security deposits being returned after renting, and even if the rental is cancelled more than 45 days before the arrival date.
Since refunds of security deposit amounts charged on a credit card will incur an 8.5% to 11.5% refund fee, if your reservation is made at least 30 days from the arrival date we urge you to make payment of security deposits in the form of a personal check or cashier’s check to avoid paying the refund fee.
Within 45 days of arrival, rental amounts including the 50% rental deposits are not refundable unless the property can be re-rented for the dates canceled.
A fee of 15% may apply for reservation date changes.
