Horseback on the Beach or in the Hills
Enjoy a leisurely walk or canter down miles of untrammeled beach on a guided ride, with horses from our neighboring farm community. For more experienced riders the guides are happy to indulge you in a faster-paced adventure.

Between mid-November and late-June, you can also begin your ride in the nearby village of Otates and climb up into the surrounding hills for a view of the rugged and pristine country around you, including out to the ocean. Highlights of the Otates ride include old-growth forest, a small site where earlier inhabitants processed gold at the edge of a stream bank, and as-yet-undeciphered carvings left in the rocks nearby.
